The strongest indicator that counseling will be effective is the connection developed between the client and the therapist. I offer a 30 minute complimentary initial consultation to see if we are a good fit. This allows you the opportunity to decide if you can feel comfortable and safe in a counseling relationship with me.
Sessions - Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, I am only offering virtual sessions. I hope to re-open my office in early 2021 but will continue to follow industry standards and recommendations from the CDC to ensure safety. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding virtual sessions or my return to in-person sessions.
Fees - After our initial consultation, individual counseling sessions cost $125 per 50 minute session.
I do offer some reduced fee slots and equity-based pricing. Please inquire.
Payment terms - Payment is due at time of service. Your initial client paperwork will include a credit card authorization form which will allow for sessions to be automatically charged the day of service.
Insurance - Unfortunately I am unable to accept insurance at this time but I am happy to provide you with a super bill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Cancellation policy - Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show for your scheduled appointment, the full fee for the scheduled time will be charged.
