My goal is to create a space that feels warm, safe, and genuinely supportive. In our work together, you can expect compassion, curiosity, and honesty. I approach therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you—offering guidance, perspective, and tools—while respecting your pace and your boundaries.
